**Payment and Fees:**
Available payment methods will be displayed during the subscription process. Your banking and credit card details are encrypted and never stored on our website and/or application as we utilize third-party solutions for payment processing.

We reserve the right to modify any fees. If you disagree with a price change, you have the right to discontinue using our Services before the next renewal payment.

**In-App Purchases (IAP):**
Access to restricted content may require IAPs. If subscriptions or IAPs are acquired through third-party vendors like Google Play or Apple App Store, our T&C may not apply, and your contract will be with the third party. Six Five Apps is not liable for claims related to third-party purchases. Direct issues concerning third-party purchases must be addressed with the appropriate vendor.

**Restoring Your Subscription:**
You may restore previous IAPs made through third parties using the link provided within our Application and/or website.

**Article 4 - Registration Process**

Registration may be required to access certain parts or the entirety of our application and/or website. Each registration is unique to one User only, and sharing of login credentials or accounts is strictly prohibited.

**Registration Details:**
To register, Users must complete the registration form on our app or website. During this process, Users will select a login and password linked to a valid email address. After registration, Users must keep credentials confidential and refrain from sharing them with any third-party.

If third-party authentication options like "Sign-in with Apple," Facebook, or Twitter are offered, they are not affiliated with our company. It's important to review the privacy policies associated with these services before use. Usage of third-party authentication allows those platforms access to some personal data under their own terms and privacy policies.

**Article 5 - Warranties**

Article 11 - Severability

If any provision of these T&C is determined by a competent jurisdiction to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall, nonetheless, be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. The unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these T&C, but such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

All obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement.

These T&C remain effective unless and until terminated by either Six Five Apps or the User. Users may discontinue the use of our services or notify Six Five Apps at info@sixfiveapps.com to terminate their usage.

Six Five Apps may terminate this agreement at its sole discretion at any time and without prior notice, and the User will remain liable for any outstanding amounts due up to the termination date.

Article 13 - Governing Law and Venue

These T&C are governed by the laws of Nevada, U.S.A. Any disputes arising from these T&C, including but not limited to their validity, interpretation, and enforcement, shall be adjudicated exclusively in the competent courts of Las Vegas, NV.

Cancellation and Refunds

If a User cancels their subscription, the cancellation will apply only to future charges associated with that subscription. Notification of cancellation can be given at any time, but the cancellation will only be effective at the end of the current billing period.

You will not receive a refund for the current billing cycle; however, you will continue to have access to your subscription benefits for the remainder of the current billing period.

Depending on your location and applicable laws, you might be eligible for a full or partial refund.

Six Five Apps reserves the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion.

For refunds related to In-App Purchases (IAP) made within our services, please refer to the Store Terms and Conditions, available at Apple Support for Apple users or at Google Support for Google users.
